Refund and Returns Policy
All of our products (Excluding Grillz and Custom Jewelry – See Below) are unconditionally guaranteed!
- Exchanges: Defective items may be exchanged free of charge (buyer is responsible for shipping the item back)
- Refunds: If you are unhappy with an item it may be returned less Shipping & Handling charge. Buyer must submit a return request inside our Returns Center and return original item within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange, and in the same condition as it arrived.
- Custom / Personalized items are NON RETURNABLE.
